I made this cake for my daughter’s 6th birthday and it was a hit. It has kind of a flaky texture. Not your usual airy cake, this one is more like a pound cake because it is a bit dense. The most interesting thing about this cake is the frosting! We so enjoyed every bite without the worries of all the extra fat you take In with the traditional butter frosting, love, love ,love, this cake and am certain you will too.
